Customer Reviews: Totally worth it June 17, 2010 Dyno (Kansas, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These speakers are just as good as a more expensive set and they have an awesome sound output. If you are debating on wether or not to spend 5 bucks more for a seemingly better speaker, DON'T, these are all anyone could ask for to add to the wimpy speakers built in on a laptop.
Tripp LIte SP 5000 USB laptop speakers July 15, 2010 accountable consumer (SE United States) Purchased these as a gift for my husband who was very unhappy with the limited sound on his laptop. He really enjoys music, and these quite inexpensive little speakers work very well, take up almost no room on the desk, and have surprisingly good sound. They are also really cute, almost like having two little R2D2s sitting on his desk. For what I paid, I think they are an exceptional value for someone that wants slightly better sound and the ability to provide good sound separation. They are what they are though, not for the person that is a real "sound" devotee, just an improvement over laptop speakers.
Great, But.... April 2, 2010 Timothy L. Gunnison (BIRMINGHAM, AL, US) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The sound is great, but the driver if you cannot use the disk included, is located on the website. The download doesn't work.
However, I am pleased with the sound quality.
